Delivery Policy

Offline Mode:

• Students located near Logical Konzepts or franchisee centers can attend offline classes on scheduled days.

• All deliverables (study materials, assignments, etc.) will be provided on the same day or the next working day when the student attends class.

• One of the exclusive benefits of offline learning is the personalized recognition ceremonies, where students are adorned with Convocation Gowns, Caps, and Sashes, celebrating their hard work and achievement in a memorable way.

Hybrid Mode (Offline + Online):

• Materials can be obtained through:

  • Collection from the HO / Nearest Franchisee Center: Students can collect materials in person from their nearest center.

  • Shipment to the Registered Address: Materials will be shipped to the address registered on the app, with shipment costs borne by the customer. Delivery may take up to 10 working days.

• Applies to all customers, both domestic and international (excluding restricted countries: Israel, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Bangladesh, China, and some parts of the Emirates).

Payments and Access:

• Materials are accessible via the app and will be available on the same day or the next working day.

Untutored Courses:

• Materials are accessible only via the app for the duration of the level (80 days).

• No hard copies will be provided; students wanting hard copies must upgrade to the Corporeal Course.

• Students will have access to:

  • Freely available materials via Logical Konzepts' YouTube channel.

  • 1 assignment per level.

  • 1 free instructional video via the app.

Plugged-In Courses (Schools/Corporates Clients):

• Materials are accessible only via the app for the duration of the level (120 days).

• No hard copies will be provided; students wanting hard copies must upgrade to the Corporeal Course.

• Students will have access to:

  • Freely available materials via Logical Konzepts' YouTube channel.

  • 2 assignments and 2 free instructional videos per level.

  • 1 test per level.

Students can download the instruments from download section of website.

Instruments can also be purchased from Logical Konzepts centers/franchisees, either in person or via courier (with shipment costs borne by the customer).

Students can buy instruments from the open market which is not recommended by LK.

International users must register via email. An OTP will be sent for verification.

After verification, users must enter their country code and mobile number for the app to function on Android/iOS devices.
