Logical Konzepts - Updated Registration Policies

1. Registration & Payment Policy (Effective Immediately)

• All new student registrations (for both online and offline classes) will now be processed through the Logical Konzepts Website.

• Students registering on the website will receive access to rewards programs, including incentives for:

  • Successful logins

  • Social media follows

  • Course purchases

  • Referrals

2. Existing Registrants Compensation

• Existing students who paid one-time registration fees prior to this policy will receive manual discount coupons.

  • These coupons will be issued for each separate purchase until they complete their current course level.

  • Coupons will be tailored to individual parents and will not be auto-generated via the website.

3. Offline (Head Center) Registrations

• Students registering offline at Logical Konzepts' Head Center will now only pay the Course Level Fees (no separate registration fee).

• If these offline students wish to access books from home during their level:

  • An additional fee will apply for unlocking the Mobile App Access (Android/iOS).

  • The full versions of books will be available via the app, similar to what offline students receive physically.

4. Online Course Registrations (Website Only)

• Students registering for purely online courses (not attending the Head Center or Franchisee Centers):

  • Must register and purchase through the Logical Konzepts website.

  • Will pay only the Course Level Fee (discount coupons may be applied if available).

  • Will also pay a nominal mobile app access fee to unlock the full versions of books on the app.

  • Books will be available either in physical form or as soft copies on the mobile application. However, the full versions of books will not be accessible on the website.

5. Corporeal Courses

• Corporeal Courses remain as the most comprehensive offering with:

  • 4 live classes/month (for online students)

  • Full access to both app-based and web-based study materials.

  • Students can also opt for hard copy books, paying courier/logistics fees if viable, or use the Print-at-Home option from the app.

  • Students can purchase these courses on monthly-paid plans; however:

    • Discount coupons will not be applicable on monthly plans.

    • Students on monthly payment plans will have access to summarized or partial versions of books via the app or web. The full versions of books will only be accessible upon full course payment (either upfront or upon completing all monthly installments).

    • If a student fails to pay their installment, they will lose course access until the pending amount is paid.

    • If a student misses any installment, the payable amount will be added to the next installment.

6. UNTUTORED Courses

• Designed as a self-study, low-cost introduction to Logical Konzepts' Abacus methodology.

• Ideal for parents/institutions who want to explore online Abacus learning before committing to full-fledged courses.

• Free app resources and limited versions of books will be available.

• Students can purchase this course on monthly plans, but payments are non-revocable before course level completion.

7. PLUGGED-IN Courses

• Exclusively available for:

  • Schools, Corporates, Societies, NGOs, and other collaborating institutions.

• Focused on providing Abacus & Vedic Math programs to children of employees, residents, and other communities.

• Priced at a highly nominal rate as part of Logical Konzepts’ social responsibility initiative.

• Includes two live classes/month and app-based downloadable materials.

8. Additional Notes

• Trial Period: Available for Corporeal and Untutored monthly plans; no refunds permitted once trial/first month is completed.

• Offline Students (Head Center or Franchisee) who purchase Corporeal courses will receive physical books by hand/courier and will be eligible for Convocation Gown, Cap, and Sash (offline students only).

• Performance and attendance tracking will continue via the Logical Konzepts app.

9. Rewards and Referral System

• Students who:

  • Register via the website,

  • Refer other students,

  • Make repeat purchases,

  • Or engage in other activities (e.g., social media follows)

will be rewarded with points/discounts through the Logical Konzepts Rewards Program, viewable on their website profile.

10. Important Terms

• All payments made through the website and app are non-refundable and cannot be transferred between courses, students, or siblings.

• Upgrades to other courses require new purchases.

• Additional live interaction classes (outside of entitlements) may be offered via app notifications and will require separate payment.

 

Important Information Regarding Study Materials

For all courses offered by Logical Konzepts, including Abacus, Vedic Math, and Twisters, study materials are provided as downloadable resources via the Logical Konzepts mobile app. These materials can be downloaded and accessed within the app for the duration of the course timeline.

Once the course's designated time period is completed, the study materials will no longer be accessible within the app.

This policy applies to:

• Abacus courses (Kyoot Kids, Junyoor, Senyar)

• Vedic Math courses (all levels)

• Twisters courses (all levels and topics)

Please ensure you download and utilize all necessary materials within the allotted time frame of your respective course.

 

For Abacus Courses (Kyoot Kids, Junyoor, Senyar)

Study Material Access Policy:
All study materials for this course are provided through the Logical Konzepts mobile app and are available for download within the app. Access to these materials will only be available during the active course timeline. After the course time period ends, materials will no longer be accessible within the app.

For Vedic Math Courses (All Levels)

Study Material Access Policy:
Students will receive downloadable study materials via the Logical Konzepts app for the duration of the course. After the completion of the course timeline, these materials will no longer be accessible within the app. Students are encouraged to take comprehensive notes during classes as hard copies of materials are not provided.

For Twisters Courses (All Topics/Levels)

Study Material Access Policy:
Twisters course materials are available for download within the Logical Konzepts app. The study materials will remain accessible only within the set course time period. Once this time period ends, access to these materials will be discontinued.

For Plugged In Courses (for Schools/Institutes)

Minimum Enrollment Requirement & Study Material Access:
Logical Konzepts requires a minimum of 20 students from a single institution (house/school) to begin Plugged In courses. All course materials will be made available through the Logical Konzepts app and can be downloaded within the app for the course duration. Once the time period for the course is completed, the materials will no longer be accessible within the app.

Digital Study Materials: 
All course-related study materials are delivered via the Logical Konzepts app. These materials are downloadable and accessible only for the duration of your enrolled course timeline. After the course period ends, the app will automatically restrict access to the materials.
