• In the event that the parent of a registered student (enrolled through an LK Center or Franchisee) initiates their own business offering similar services as Logical Konzepts, Logical Konzepts, including its franchisees, reserves the right to discontinue teaching the student beyond their current level. The ongoing level will be completed as per the program, but no further levels will be taught.

• Please note that in such cases, any amount paid will not be refunded, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Updates to the Privacy Policy

Logical Konzepts reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or for legal and operational reasons. Any changes will be communicated through the app and website.
