• All the recognition policies, including achievement awards, medals, certificates, and attendance management, will apply equally to franchisee-enrolled students.

• Eligibility for Top Achievers:

  • Students must complete their course level within 4 months and attend 100% of all delivered classes during that period.

  • Scoring criteria:

    • 100% Marks: Gold Medal + Graduation Cap (for promotional photos) + Golden Sash (for promotional photos).

    • 99% Marks: Silver Medal + Silver Sash (for promotional photos).

• Eligibility for Achievement Recognition:

  • Students who complete the level beyond 4 months but within a reasonable timeframe will receive a differently designed certificate.

  • Scoring criteria:

    • 100% Marks: Gold Medal + Achievement Sash (for promotional photos).

    • 99% Marks: Silver Medal + Achievement Sash (for promotional photos).

• Completion Beyond 6 Months:

  • Students completing their level beyond 6 months will receive a differently designed certificate only.

  • Medals or special recognition (Golden/Silver Sashes) will not be applicable, regardless of score.

• Graduation Caps and Sashes Usage:

  • Graduation caps and sashes are issued exclusively for student decoration during promotional photos and will not be handed over to students.

• Attendance Management:

  • Attendance will be updated through the Logical Konzepts mobile app.

  • Parents of franchisee students must download the app and ensure they are linked to the student’s app.

  • Franchisees are responsible for making sure that parents and students comply with attendance and exam guidelines.

  • If a student shifts batches, it is the responsibility of the student/parent to update their details in the new batch via the app. Logical Konzepts and franchisees are not responsible for missed attendance.

• Final Examination:

  • Final exams will be conducted exclusively through the Logical Konzepts mobile application.

  • Students are allowed only one attempt for the final exam.

• Recognition Awards:

  • The design and format of certificates, medals, and shields are at the sole discretion of Logical Konzepts and subject to change.

• General Terms:

  • Timely completion is calculated from the date of course level initiation.​

In Terms and Conditions:

Students attending classes offline and receiving hard copies of books by hand or courier, and visiting LK offices or Franchisee Centers, will be decorated with Convocation Gowns, Convocation Caps, and Sashes during their recognition events. Other students will receive their certificates and eligible medals/shields in the next courier dispatch.

  • Franchisees are responsible for communicating these terms and ensuring compliance by the students and parents.

• In Attendance Management:

Terms for Franchisee-Enrolled Students

One of the exclusive benefits of offline learning is the personalized recognition ceremonies, where students are adorned with Convocation Gowns, Caps, and Sashes, celebrating their hard work and achievement in a memorable way.​​

• Course Completion Criteria:

  • The 4-month completion requirement will be calculated as 30-35 classes (2 classes per week, 1 hour per class) as per the Logical Konzepts curriculum.

  • If a franchisee alters any criteria in the curriculum, Logical Konzepts will not be responsible for such changes.

  • Attendance for recognition will be based on the number of classes attended (For franchisee-enrolled students) and completion of the level as well as the final examination conducted exclusively via the mobile app.

This ensures consistency in criteria and attendance tracking for franchisee-enrolled students.
