Loyalty & Referral Program –
Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

• Open to all registered students and parents associated with Logical Konzepts.

• Referrals apply to new students who successfully register and complete payment.

Earning Points:

• Points are earned through successful course enrollments, referrals, and other approved activities.

• Customers must inform Logical Konzepts (LK) to manually add points to their accounts.

Point Validity:

• All earned points are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited.

• Expired points will automatically be removed and cannot be reinstated.

Redeeming Points:

• Points can be redeemed toward payments for programs, courses, or other approved purchases via Logical Konzepts.

• Points cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.

Usage Limitations:

• Loyalty points cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, offers, or promotions unless explicitly mentioned.

• Redeemable only through Logical Konzepts official channels.

Fraud & Misuse:

• Any fraudulent or abusive behavior will result in termination from the program and forfeiture of points.

Program Rights:

• Logical Konzepts reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the program at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Dispute Policy:

• All disputes will be resolved at the discretion of Logical Konzepts management, and their decision will be final.
