Policies and Guidelines

Non-Refundable Payments:
All amounts paid through any mode, for any course or service, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Study Material and Certification:
- Study material for the next level and certificates/medals (if eligible) for the previous level will only be issued once the fees for the next level are paid in full.
- Certificates and medals are subject to the Achievement Recognition policies.
Mid-Course Opt-Out:
Students who discontinue any course mid-way for any reason are not eligible for a refund of registration or course fees. This is as per the terms outlined in the Discontinuation Form.
Registration Validity:
- Student registrations are valid for a maximum of 6 months if the student takes a long break before starting the next level.
- After this period, Logical Konzepts will consider the student as discontinued, and the terms of discontinuation will apply.
- Parents requiring an extended break must pay a re-registration fee of ₹750.00 before the 6-month period ends. This fee is non-refundable and non-adjustable.
Study Material Return:
In offline mode, study materials provided for a level must be returned to the Logical Konzepts Head Office or the respective franchise after completing the level.
Class Scheduling:
Logical Konzepts and its franchisees reserve the right to alter the class days and timings as needed to ensure smooth operations and accommodate academic requirements.
Policy Updates:
- Logical Konzepts may update its policies periodically.
- Changes will be announced by posting the updated policies on the official website or mobile app.
- Users are advised to review the policies regularly. All changes are effective immediately upon posting.

By enrolling in Logical Konzepts courses, you agree to comply with these policies and guidelines.

Refund Policies (Aligned with Other Terms)

General Refund Policy:
- All amounts paid for any course, registration, or study material are strictly non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances.
- This includes registration fees, course fees, re-registration charges, and fees for online live sessions.
Mid-Course Discontinuation:
- Students who opt out of a course mid-way, for any reason, are not entitled to a refund of any fees paid. This is in line with the Discontinuation Terms.
- Re-registration fees of ₹750.00 apply for students taking long leaves beyond the 6-month registration period.
Course Upgrades:
- If a student wishes to upgrade from one type of course (e.g., UNTUTORED to CORPOREAL) or switch to a different level/course, the full fees for the upgraded course must be paid.
- Previously paid fees will not be adjusted or refunded during such upgrades.
Promotional Schemes and Discounts:
- Any fee adjustments or discounts under promotional schemes are not retroactive.
- If a student has paid a higher fee before a promotion, no refund or adjustment will be made to reflect the new promotional rates.
Online/Offline Transition:
- If a student switches from offline to online mode or vice versa, additional fees will apply, and no refund or adjustment will be provided for the fees already paid under the previous mode.
Session Missed Due to Technical Issues:
- If a session is missed due to issues from the student's side (e.g., internet connectivity problems), Logical Konzepts will not provide a refund or a backup class.
- Recordings (if available) may be provided at the discretion of Logical Konzepts.
- If Logical Konzepts experiences technical issues that affect scheduled sessions, the missed session will be rescheduled or refunded as a credit for the next session.
Fee Revision:
- Logical Konzepts reserves the right to revise course fees by a maximum of 5% annually to account for inflation.
- Revised fees will apply to all new and ongoing students without retroactive adjustments for previously paid amounts.
Discontinuation of Students:
- Students who fail to re-register after the 6-month period or fail to meet other course requirements will be considered discontinued.
- No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the course or registration fees.

Return Policies

Refunds and Returns

At Logical Konzepts, we take utmost care to ensure that every study material is dispatched in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective or torn item, a return and exchange is applicable under the following terms:

Eligibility:
1. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where the study material is defective or torn at the time of delivery.
2. Returns for any other reason will not be accepted.
Unpacking Video Requirement:
1. To initiate a return, a clear unpacking video must be recorded while opening the package for the first time.
2. The video should be sent to the registered mobile number provided at the time of purchase.
3. Pictures alone will not be accepted as proof.
Return Process:
1. Once the unpacking video is received and approved by our team, a pickup will be arranged from your address.
2. The returned package must include all original packing materials and the study material in proper condition.
3. Please ensure the items are securely packed in a bag for safe return shipment.
4. A short video of the return package before handing it over to the courier must also be shared.
Exchange Dispatch:
1. After the return package is received, our team will share the unpacking video of the returned material for mutual confirmation.
2. Upon approval from both sides, a replacement study material will be dispatched free of cost.
