Franchisee Support Fee

This product is created exclusively for Logical Konzepts Franchisees.

• Purpose: Payment of the Franchisee Support Fee as mutually agreed.

• What It Covers: Delivery of physical study material for students registered under the franchisee.

• Payment Terms: The support fee is payable after the completion of each level for enrolled students.

• Eligibility: Only authorized and registered franchisees may use this product for payment.

• Delivery: Study material will be dispatched directly to the franchisee or students as per the agreed arrangement.

• Payments made towards the Franchisee Support Fee are non-refundable, since they are linked to study material printing, dispatch, and services already provided.

• Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.

• In case of shortage, misprint, or damaged material in transit, replacements will be provided after verification.

• An unpacking video is mandatory to claim a replacement. Photos alone will not be accepted.

• Shipping Method: Courier delivery through trusted logistics partners.

• Dispatch Timeline: Materials are dispatched within 5–7 business days after fee confirmation.

• Shipping Charges: Actual courier/shipping charges will be borne by the franchisee and added to the invoice/checkout.

• Packaging: All study materials are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
